Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary during holidays, promotional campaigns, or due to courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 3499
  • A standard shipping fee of Rs. 180 applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where available), allowing you to track your shipment.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct at the time of placing your order. BIOZEN is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging for prompt assistance.
